Regulations and Processes of RFQ's

  • Bidders who are not accredited under a specific contract shall not respond to this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this requirement will lead to the bidder’s response being disregarded.
  • Bidders who are not accredited to offer specific products/goods/services under the specific contract shall not respond to the RFQ requirements on the products/goods/services for which they are not accredited for. Failure to adhere to this requirement will lead to the bidder’s response being disregarded.
  • It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their RFQ proposals are submitted to the email address as specified on the RFQ document before the closing time. RFQ responses received after the closing date and time are late and will not be admitted for evaluation.
  • All RFQ invitations will close at 11:00 am on the closing date as indicated in the RFQ document.
  • All responses must be submitted on the e-mail address provided in the RFQ document. If a response is sent by e-mail the attachment must not exceed 10mb. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that its response reaches SITA on or before the closing date and time of the RFQ.
  • For hand deliveries of RFQ responses, please submit the RFQ document to the Tender Office at the SITA main gate for recording purposes and stamping.
  • Please do not submit RFQ responses in the Tender Box as the RFQ responses deposited in the Tender Box will not be considered.
